The Unfolding Woman

The Unfolding Woman

This is a space for what is not yet clear, but asking to be known. The Unfolding is a therapeutic coaching-led weekly intimate, closed group for women navigating transition—whether through life changes, loss, identity shifts, or the quiet stirrings of something new emerging from within.

Over the course of two months, we’ll gather for 90-minute sessions that weave together cognitive insight, somatic awareness, and creative arts to explore the inner terrain of becoming.

This is not a space to fix or rush, but to practice presence, deepen self-trust, and allow what’s been hidden or held to gently come forward. Through reflection, embodied process, and relational witnessing, we cultivate the courage to unfold at our own pace.

Come as you are.

Let what’s ready… unfold.

Sundays | 8 Weeks | 4:00 - 5:30pm PT

Beginning Sunday, September 21st

What is a Women’s Process Group?

A women’s process group is a type of therapy or support group designed specifically for women to explore their inner world, relationships, and lived experiences in a safe, supportive, and interactive setting.

What to Expect Inside the Circle

🍃 Process-oriented: Unlike psychoeducational groups (which focus on teaching skills or information), a process group emphasizes what is happening in the moment—within each person and between group members. The “process” is about how thoughts, feelings, and relational patterns show up in real time.

🍃 Relational focus: Group members often share personal experiences, emotions, and challenges. The facilitator helps bring awareness to dynamics—like trust, vulnerability, boundaries, communication—that mirror participants’ relationships outside the group.

🍃 Supportive community: A women’s process group provides a sense of connection and solidarity with others who may have similar struggles, particularly around themes like identity, relationships, body, career, family, and self-worth.

🍃 Therapeutic depth: The group space allows members to notice how they show up in relationships, practice new ways of relating, and be witnessed in their growth.

🍃 Women-centered: The focus on women’s experiences allows attention to be given to gender-based socialization, cultural pressures, and unique challenges around roles, power, and belonging.
