Psychotherapy

Awaken your inner knowing — and let it shape your world.

Christine (she/her) is a mindfulness-based transpersonal therapist. Her intention is to provide a safe and compassionate container for you to feel seen, heard, and understood.

She loves working with people who feel connected to something bigger — or longing to be. People who are spiritual seekers, open to exploring both their inner landscapes and the wild, beautiful world around them. They’re curious, willing to dig deep, and ready to walk the winding path of self-discovery. Together, we work to expand awareness and weave together human and spiritual experiences into a more whole way of being.

She weaves together natural rhythms, embodiment, and basic aliveness to be with what's arising for you right now.

Focus Areas

Christine is a Professional Counselor Associate, R10588, working toward licensure in Oregon. She holds a Masters degree, MA, in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.

And, transpersonal psychology or spiritual psychology includes all parts of yourself and your ever-changing relationship with the world experienced through different states of consciousness such as, meditation, psychedelics, breath work, hypnosis, and dreaming.

  • As a Professional Counselor Associate, I’m not paneled with any insurance companies at this time. I offer cash pay only with a sliding scale that supports marginalized groups.

    🌿 Why Cash-Pay Counseling?

Choosing to pay out of pocket for counseling is an intentional step toward your own healing. While many therapists work through insurance, I choose to offer cash-pay sessions because it creates more freedom, privacy, and flexibility for the work we do together.

Here’s what that means for you:

    ✨ Privacy & Confidentiality

Your sessions stay between us. With cash-pay, nothing is shared with insurance companies—no required diagnoses, no records beyond what’s ethically necessary, and no outside approval of your care.

    ✨ Freedom in Our Work

We’re not limited to treatment plans or timelines set by insurance. Instead, we can follow what feels most alive for you—whether that means weekly sessions, a 3-month process, or a deeper journey of transformation.

    ✨ Depth of Care

Because there’s no requirement to fit into diagnostic boxes, our work can explore the whole of who you are: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. This opens space for therapy to be more creative, integrative, and uniquely tailored to you.

    ✨ Investment in Yourself

Cash-pay counseling is a commitment to your own growth and well-being. Many clients find that when they choose this path, they show up with deeper intention and create lasting change.

🌱 If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a consultation to see if this path is the right fit.

A Medicine Woman’s Prayer

I will not rescue you. For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you. For you are not broken.
I will not heal you. For I see you, in your wholeness.
I walk with you through darkness.
As you remember your light.
