Hello, I’m Christine

My name is Christine Kenline. I use she/her pronouns, identifying as a cisgender woman and a highly sensitive person from German, French, and Cherokee ancestry. I was born on a farm in Indiana supported by multiple generations of my family.

I’m a mental health counselor, yoga therapist, therapeutic designer, and spiritual guide who believes healing is most powerful when it touches both the inner and outer landscapes of our lives. My work bridges psychology, somatics, sacred design, and spiritual insight—helping people come home to themselves through environments, practices, and relationships that support their full becoming.

My path into this work wasn’t linear. I’ve lived in over 25 different homes across 20 years, moved across countries and continents, and rebuilt my sense of safety and belonging after losing my home in a fire. For a long time, I searched for the feeling of “home”—not just in physical spaces, but in people, purpose, and the quiet truth of my own being. Through these transitions, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves—it’s about remembering who we are and creating space for that self to live and breathe.

Yoga has been a profound part of that remembering. My personal practice and training have taught me how to listen to the body as a wise teacher and to hold space for emotions, trauma, and transformation through breath, movement, and presence. Whether in one-on-one sessions or group spaces, I integrate yogic principles with mental health care to support nervous system healing, embodiment, and spiritual reconnection.

Born under an Aquarius Sun and Cancer Moon, I carry both visionary clarity and deep emotional intuition. As a Gemini Rising, I’m endlessly curious about how we connect, how we hold space for grief and joy, and how beauty can be a form of medicine. My work blends mindfulness-based transpersonal therapy, intuitive and somatic process work, and soulful interior design to support clients in aligning their inner world with their outer environments.

Through Seasons of Self, I offer a sanctuary for those navigating change, longing for rootedness, or seeking to reimagine their lives through a spiritual and therapeutic lens. Whether we’re redesigning your home to regulate your nervous system, exploring the emotional landscape of your relationships, or supporting your healing through breath and embodiment, you’ll be met with presence, creativity, and compassion.

Some of my personal passions include herbalism, hiking, running, artistic expressions, mystical arts (e.g,, tarot, astrology), yoga, and frolicking in the woods with my pup Juniper.

Holding space at the intersection of psyche, soma, and place.

Seasons of Self was born out of my own journey through impermanence, loss, and the ongoing search for home. After living in over 25 homes across two decades, I came to understand that home is not just a place. It’s a relationship: with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t always look like progress—it often feels like circling back, softening, or standing still long enough to hear what’s really true. I created Seasons of Self as a space for those in transition, for those longing for deeper connection, and for those who feel most at home in liminal places.

This isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to the wisdom you already carry, and creating a life and environment that reflects it.

If you’re navigating a threshold, feeling the pull toward a more rooted, intentional way of being, or seeking a space that honors your full humanity, I’d love to walk alongside you.

I invite you to explore my offerings. Whether you’re seeking therapy, somatic support, or intentional design, Seasons of Self is here to meet you in this moment. Reach out for a consultation—I’d love to hear what you’re moving through and what you’re hoping to cultivate.

I love learning and growing both personally and professionally
