Hello, I’m Christine

Psychotherapist • Yoga Therapist • Interior Designer

I believe the deepest transformation happens when our inner and outer worlds are in relationship with each other.

My Approach

I offer a sanctuary for those navigating life transitions, grief, relational ruptures, identity shifts, burnout, and the tender work of becoming by tending to both the inner terrain and outer space we live within. My practice is rooted in gestalt and transpersonal psychology, somatic and eco-informed approaches, and the sacred redesign of space.

Whether we’re sitting in a one-on-one session, co-creating a healing environment for your home, or walking through a season of unraveling and reorientation—I bring presence that is intuitive, relational, and attuned to your lived experience where you’ll be met with presence, creativity, and compassion.

If You’re Longing For…

…a deeper connection to yourself

…a space to soften and listen

…guidance through a season of transition

…a home that reflects the truth of who you’re becoming

I would be honored to walk with you.

Holding space at the intersection of psyche, soma, and place.

Seasons of Self is the heart of my practice: a holistic framework that integrates three pathways—mental health counseling, yoga therapy, and therapeutic interior design. It recognizes that we are seasonal beings—constantly shifting, expanding, contracting, grieving, renewing. Just as the outer seasons change, our inner seasons do too.

My approach helps you understand where you are in your seasonal cycle and supports you in aligning your mind, body, relationships, and environment with that truth—so your inner and outer worlds can work together rather than in tension.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t always look like progress—it often feels like circling back, softening, or standing still long enough to hear what’s really true. I created Seasons of Self as a space for those in transition, for those longing for deeper connection, and for those who feel most at home in liminal places.

This understanding has been shaped not only through my clinical training and therapeutic work, but through years of living, studying, and traveling internationally. Time spent in India, Lebanon, Egypt, China, England, Italy, France, Guatemala, Mexico, and beyond exposed me to diverse ways of relating to the body, healing, community, and the rhythms of daily life. In many of these places, I witnessed a different orientation to time—one that honored cycles, interdependence, ritual, and presence. These experiences deepened my respect for the wisdom that exists beyond Western models of healing and reinforced my belief that wellbeing emerges through relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the environments we inhabit.

Traveling across cultures also taught me what it means to live within uncertainty and continual transition—to be untethered, to listen more closely, and to find grounding from within. These experiences continue to inform my work, allowing me to support others with sensitivity, nuance, and reverence for the many ways healing can unfold.

This isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to the wisdom you already carry, and creating a life and environment that reflects it.

If you’re navigating a threshold, feeling the pull toward a more rooted, intentional way of being, or seeking a space that honors your full humanity, I’d love to walk alongside you.

I invite you to explore my offerings. Whether you’re seeking therapy, somatic support, or intentional design, Seasons of Self is here to meet you in this moment. Reach out for a consultation—I’d love to hear what you’re moving through and what you’re hoping to cultivate.

I’m based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, bringing together the grounding I’ve found here with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. As an Oregon licensed Associate Counselor, I serve psychotherapy clients through telehealth, and yoga therapy and design clients both locally in Chattanooga and online, blending presence and accessibility wherever you are.

I love learning and growing both personally and professionally
