Yoga Therapy

Coming Home to Wholeness.

My approach to Yoga Therapy is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering the wholeness that has always lied within you.

Through intentional movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness practices, we gently reconnect the threads between your body, mind, and spirit. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are — honoring your unique story, nervous system, and healing pace.

Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, or a longing for deeper connection, Yoga Therapy offers a compassionate space to listen inward, restore balance, and cultivate resilience.

Together, we explore practices that awaken your inner wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and support you in feeling grounded, empowered, and more about home in yourself.

This is not about performing poses — it’s about inhabiting your body with presence. This is not about escaping your pain — it’s about moving with it, gently, toward integration. This is not about self-improvement — it’s about self-remembrance.

What is a Yoga Therapist?

Yoga therapy promotes wholeness of your body, mind, and spirit. This holistic facilitates the intuitive movement of your body, breath, and mind to realize what it feels like to be uniquely you, your true nature, and expand your self-awareness, so you can return to a life of love, freedom, and joy.

Yoga Therapy applies yoga philosophies and practices to alleviate, prevent, and manage your particular goal, concern, or health condition. It is a self-empowering therapeutic approach tailored to your unique needs as an individual.

As a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, I support individual clients and small groups with a specific goal, concern, or health condition. During our 1-on-1 sessions, we co-create practices based on where you are at to help you manage chronic pain and discomfort, as well as, improve your mental health and emotional connection. After I get to know you, I provide an assessment and give you practices as homework to guide your personal journey and measure the impact.

Yoga and yoga therapy is for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, race, religion, sex, gender, family history, and/or pre-existing health conditions. I utilize an in-take form to gather information about you such as your history, lifestyle practices, and emotional and social support structures.

I offer Telehealth sessions globally, so please reach out to learn more!

  • Yoga Therapy is new to me, but Christine is the perfect person to guide me through it. The program she created is very specific to where I’m at with my injury and what my body needs. It is also easy to fit into my daily routine. As I progress through the steps, I am feeling better and more confident.

  • Christine taught us yoga with a care that is very rare among yoga instructors in New York. She paid attention to everyone’s needs and accommodated every participant’s strengths and weaknesses. Her positive energy coupled with her skilled practice, make her an excellent teacher!

My Yoga Practice

Yoga allows me to tune into my true self and connect with my inner world through various mindfulness and meditation techniques. My movement practice then becomes a creative expression, allowing the internal energy I’ve tapped into to be externally released and felt fully in my body. My personal mantra is to move using my intuition and be kind to myself no matter where I am right now.

As a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) + Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), I desire to share my wisdom by creating experiences that allows others to find a deeper connection with their body, mind, and spirit while exploring what they want and need to express in the present moment.

As a woman with primarily German, French, and Native American roots, I want to honor the traditions that are not mine, but from which I’ve had the honor to learn. My teachers are from the Sri Vidya Tantra, Sivananda, and Krishnamacharaya lineages, specifically the following disciples: Swami Rama, A.G. Mohan, Pattahbi Jois, TKV Desikachar, and BKS Iyengar.
