Yoga Therapy

Coming Home to Wholeness.

My approach to Yoga Therapy is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering the wholeness that has always lied within you.

Through intentional movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness practices, we gently reconnect the threads between your body, mind, and spirit. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are — honoring your unique story, nervous system, and healing pace.

Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, or a longing for deeper connection, Yoga Therapy offers a compassionate space to listen inward, restore balance, and cultivate resilience.

Together, we explore practices that awaken your inner wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and support you in feeling grounded, empowered, and more at home in yourself.

This is not about performing poses — it’s about inhabiting your body with presence. This is not about escaping your pain — it’s about moving with it, gently, toward integration. This is not about self-improvement — it’s about self-remembrance.

What is a Yoga Therapist?

Holistic Integration

Yoga therapy is a holistic, self-empowering approach that nurtures the integration of body, mind, and spirit. Through intentional breath, movement, and awareness practices, it helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom, your true nature, and what it feels like to be fully, uniquely you. This work expands your self-awareness and supports a return to a life rooted in love, freedom, and joy.

Unlike a group yoga class, yoga therapy applies the philosophies and practices of yoga to address your specific goals, concerns, or health conditions. It’s tailored to meet you exactly where you are, supporting your journey with care and intention.

As a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, I work with individuals and small groups navigating chronic pain, emotional stress, trauma, and other physical or mental health challenges. Together in 1-on-1 sessions, we co-create a practice that aligns with your life and rhythms. I begin with a full intake to learn about your history, daily patterns, and support systems. From there, I offer an initial assessment and design personalized practices for you to explore at home, supporting your healing and growth over time.

Yoga therapy is for everyone—regardless of age, background, gender, religion, or health history. All bodies and stories are welcome.

I offer virtual sessions worldwide and in-person sessions in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Please reach out to learn more or schedule an initial consultation.

My Yoga Practice

Returning to Wholeness

Yoga is how I return to myself. It offers a way to attune to my inner world through mindfulness, breath, and meditation. From that place of connection, movement becomes a creative expression—an embodied release of internal energy, felt and honored fully in the body. My personal mantra is simple: move with intuition and meet myself with kindness, exactly where I am.

As a Yoga Movement Therapist (C-IAYT) and Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), I create spaces for others to reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit. My approach invites each person to explore their present-moment experience and express what is true for them—gently, intuitively, and with deep respect for their inner wisdom.

As a woman with primarily German, French, and Native American roots, I want to honor the traditions that are not mine, but from which I’ve had the honor to learn. My teachers are from the Sri Vidya Tantra, Sivananda, and Krishnamacharaya lineages, specifically the following disciples: Swami Rama, A.G. Mohan, Pattahbi Jois, TKV Desikachar, and BKS Iyengar.
