Yoga for Women’s Health: Your Cycle is Your Superpower: A Live Workshop for Women Who Want to Live & Create in Rhythm
Who: Any Female-Bodied Humans
What: Women’s Circle
Where: Zoom online (live with recording available for participants)
When: COMING SOON!
The circle is led by Kayla Copeland, MA, E-RYT500 and Christine Kenline, MA, C-IAYT is designed for women who want to reconnect with their cycles, regulate their nervous systems, and build a more compassionate relationship with their bodies.
Rather than pushing toward performance or intensity, this space invites attunement. We move with the intelligence of the seasons — winter, spring, summer, and fall — as a way of understanding our hormonal rhythms, emotional landscapes, and inner capacities.
By the end of the workshop, you will:
Understand the four phases of your menstrual cycle in an embodied way
Stop pathologizing normal hormonal shifts
Learn how to work with energy changes instead of against them
Create a personal rhythm map/cycle blueprint to support self, work, relationships, and creativity. It's practical.
Feel deeply held, seen, and be witnessed in your experience
