Welcome to Seasons of Self. By accessing or using our website (www.seasonsofselftherapy.com) and related services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Seasons of Self offers the following services:
Mental Health Counseling: Provided by an Oregon associate licensed professional for individuals, couples, and groups. Individuals must be located in the state of Oregon during each session to receive these services. Services are subject to licensure laws through the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
Yoga Therapy: Therapeutic movement and mindfulness practices led by a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500). Services are governed by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Therapeutic Design: Somatic and emotional space consulting designed to support wellness through interior design principles provided by a certified Interior Designer (CID) through the Counsel for Interior Design Qualifications.
These services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.
2. Eligibility and Scope
You must be 18 years or older to access our services. For counseling services, you must reside in a state or country where the provider is licensed to practice.
By using this site, you acknowledge that:
You understand the nature and limitations of the services provided.
You take full responsibility for your participation and decision-making throughout the process.
3. No Emergency Services
Seasons of Self does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in crisis or need immediate assistance, please contact emergency services by dialing 911 or 988 for the 24/7 suicide crisis hotline.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
All mental health services adhere to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards. Any personal or health information shared is treated with care and confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

5. Client Responsibility and Informed Consent
Engaging with any of our offerings implies that you:
Have read and understood the description of services.
Understand that results are not guaranteed.
Acknowledge that therapeutic services involve personal exploration and may bring up challenging emotions.
Have completed any necessary intake paperwork and given informed consent before beginning services.
6. Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due by midnight the day of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
Packages and design services may have separate payment schedules and refund policies detailed in individual agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, audio, video, downloads, and design frameworks—is the property of Seasons of Self unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of this site or materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
You agree that Seasons of Self and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your participation in services or use of the website.
9. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to external websites. Seasons of Self is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
10. Changes to Terms
Seasons of Self reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website and services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
