For the woman who is always holding space…and quietly wondering where she gets to land. A place where the healer is no longer the container—but the one being witnessed.

This group is designed for helping professionals who spend much of their lives attuning outward, often without enough room to turn inward.

Together, we slow down and listen beneath the roles, expectations, and professional identities. Through shared process, somatic awareness, and honest conversation, you’re invited to reconnect with your own inner landscape—your needs, your edges, your unfolding.

Come as you are—this is not about fixing or performing. It’s about softening into a space where you don’t have to be the one who knows, leads or carries.
