This four-week circle led by Kayla Copeland, MA, E-RYT500 and Christine Kenline, MA, C-IAYT is designed for women who want to reconnect with their cycles, regulate their nervous systems, and build a more compassionate relationship with their bodies.
Rather than pushing toward performance or intensity, this space invites attunement. We move with the intelligence of the seasons — winter, spring, summer, and fall — as a way of understanding our hormonal rhythms, emotional landscapes, and inner capacities.
